By 2019, Zandria had risen to become Director of Property Management, overseeing multiple properties and specializing in affordable housing programs across New York City. In 2020, she obtained her real estate license in Connecticut, marking an important expansion of Lourie Enterprise's service capabilities.

Today, we combine nearly two decades of property management experience with real estate transaction expertise to offer comprehensive solutions for property owners, investors, and homebuyers. Our growth continues as we pursue broker licenses in both New York and Connecticut, with plans to expand into government contracting and specialized real estate consulting.

Zandria began her career in 2006 as a Maintenance Coordinator in New York City, quickly proving her skills and rising through the ranks to become Director of Property Management by 2019. Her leadership journey reflects a strong foundation in affordable housing, asset preservation, and regulatory compliance.
