Zandria Lourie is the Founder of Lourie Enterprise, LLC and a licensed Realtor in the state of Connecticut, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in property management, compliance, and residential operations. Her career is rooted in affordable housing, asset preservation, and regulatory oversight across the Tri-State area.

Beginning her career in 2006 as a Maintenance Coordinator in New York City, Zandria quickly rose through the ranks to become Director of Property Management. Her leadership journey reflects a deep understanding of affordable housing programs, operational excellence, and compliance standards.

In 2020, she earned her real estate license and launched Lourie Enterprise to provide consulting, management, and preservation services tailored to homeowners, landlords, and real estate investors throughout New York and Connecticut.

With a reputation for integrity, compliance expertise, and a community-first approach, Zandria is a trusted resource for clients navigating complex real estate and affordable housing matters.
